Dr. Paula Christian-Kliger, psychologist and psychoanalyst, will be hosting a mindfulness group designed for adults, based on Dr. Kliger’s self-study and relational model with principles of mindfulness inspired by Buddhist teacher and meditation master, Jack Kornfield, and his book, The Wise Heart: A Guide to the Universal Teachings of Buddhist Psychology, and Zen meditation and mindfulness teacher, Deborah Tull, and her book Relational Mindfulness: A Handbook for Deepening Our Connections with Ourselves, Each Other, and the Planet.
