Structure and Benefits

This Series was created in response to the growing need for leaders to feel more confident about living and working more effectively with people who come from diverse backgrounds, social/cultural environments and organizational cultures than they are accustomed to. In a world where leadership opportunities are changing constantly, where companies and organizations are coming together to create new companies, commodities and business enterprises--all in a world that is expanding to include more global reach in our day-to-day working operations--leaders who serve in higher and higher roles must expand themselves from within, reinvent themselves so to speak, by incorporating into already existing beliefs, values, viewpoints and behaviors, new ideas about how to relate to others to be successful. They must realize a Shift of Mind that is actualized in new behavioral practices revealing a comfortable, open, flexible, collaborative style and a new genuine sense of belonging to a larger world community.

First, The Master Coach in You™© helps leaders, especially those running businesses and organizations, high potentials at all levels of a business, and professional or organizational coaches, to make this Shift of Mind in an atmosphere created for safe self-exploration, openness and personal creativity. The program is deliberately intensive and begins with a comprehensive executive/personal evaluation, includes a written report and feedback session that serves as the baseline from which to begin the series. The leader is able to look back to this initial self-study feedback and see where and how the Shift of Mind has taken place, modify personal and professional vision and goals, and to recognize definitively how the power of the mind evolves and works. Next, each leader will be able to help others--teams, direct reports, and high potentials--to learn from and practice The Master Coach in You™© principles and tools.

The Master Coach in You™© is a four-part series, each meeting for three days. Each session includes didactics, experiential self-study and group activities, and practice modules. Prepatory exercises before and after each part are for purposes of deepending the new insights and practice tools.

The leader must attend the first session--Self-Study then Build a Bridge to Someone™©--as a prerequisite to the rest. The leader is able to register for all of the sessions or take one or two sessions in the series after Session 1. The series incorporates (with each session) special workbook materials and a comprehensive bibliography of readings, references and films to enhance continuous learning opportunities. Join The Master Coach in You™© series and you will become a part of small group experiences to maximize the benefits of your results.
